Interact Club of Seri Ampang’s International Understanding Day – Greece

The Interact Club of SMK Seri Ampang (Ampang Road Boys School) held their 11th International Understanding (IU) Day on Saturday, 26 July 2008, at their school. Joint Meeting with Rotary Club of Damansara –14 August 2008

The Rotary Club of Gombak will have a joint meeting with the Rotary Club of Damansara on Thursday, 14 August 2008. RC Damansara is in Group 6 together with RC Gombak this year. There will be no meeting at the Corus Hotel. Instead, the meeting will be moved in order to join RC Damansara. Details as follows:

Installations galore

July is well-known in Rotary circles as the month for Installations. There is much debate about how Clubs should conduct their Installations. Some say that Clubs should just have a simple straightforward affair, and some Clubs do just this. Others argue that a more formal affair with lots of invited guests is appropriate to mark what is an important milestone for a Rotary Club - the passing of the baton and the changing of a new leadership team for the Club.
