TOPIC
Outsourcing Document Storage and Retrieval
Regalia is has one of the most well-equipped document storage Record Centres in the country. Located in Shah Alam, its facilities includes a state-of-the-art racking system equivalent to eight stories and an office block of five storeys. The tallest and largest locally-owned centre in Malaysia, it is considered to be one of the most secured site within the industry.

Regalia provides the perfect solution for companies who need to store vast amounts of documents - from contracts, billing information, statements, policies and other records. Its clients include government agencies such as the Tax Office, the banking, insurance and telecommunications industries. Smaller clients include public-listed companies, law and accountancy firms. Documents are also scanned and backed-up for quick and secure retrieval, and the overall costs are a lot more cost-effective than having to acquire real estate for storage purposes.
